The three modules
Each module runs on its own and feeds the next: Module 1 builds a krill field and hands its biomass and length frequency to Module 2; the same field can be stepped through time by Module 3.
Distribution
Builds a 3D field of krill swarms — in an abstract sandbox or on real CCAMLR subarea coordinates — and flies a virtual acoustic transect survey over it.
Open module →GRYM stock assessment
Runs the CCAMLR Generalised Yield Model, applies the gamma decision rules, and converts the result into a precautionary yield in tonnes.
Open module →Dynamic model
Steps a krill field forward one week at a time — advection, migration, growth, recruitment, and predator/fishery removals — over months to decades.
